The open back construction allows feeding the machine from the front or rear so that a neat, tight package can be made by easy method. These sealers are particularly suitable for sealing small and large bulky bags.

The impulse generator consist with electronic timer systems. All controls are built in a separate box located on the side of the table.

Every pneumatic machine are provided with air filter, oil lubricator, air regulator and air gauge with suitable capacity and proper range.

Our PFA models are pneumatic fully automatic heat sealer means to operate the heat sealer in fully automatic model. Our PSA Models are pneumatic Semi-Automatic Machines and Operator has to press pneumatic foot switch with slight pressure for every cycle of sealing. According to the thickness of sealing materials, heat of heating element can be adjusted through selector switch on both these Models.

These portable handy, light weight XTRASEAL thermal impulse heat sealers have been designed for packaging & fabrication applications where the sealing jaws must be brought to the work. These machines provide an inexpensive sealer for occasional use or small quantity requirements.

Some typical applications are thermoplastic covers around objects such as large machines and furniture and seams in large thermoplastic tarpaulins and also sealing drum & box liners. The impulse heat generator with its adjustable heat timer, is in a separate M.S. control box. An 5 meter long suitable cable joins the two parts.

Skilled or semiskilled operator quickly learn to operate this XTRASEAL portable handy sealer. The operator places the hand held sealing jaws over the thermoplastic film & calms them closed. When the sealing jaws are closed an pilot indicating light signals the start of the sealing cycle. The control timer automatically off the heat impulse at the heat dial. The operator must wait 4 to 5 seconds after the signal light turns off before opening the jaws to allow the heated seal to cool under pressure. Production speeds vary according to the type & the thickness of the film used and the operator's skill. These machines are generally slower than the stationary units.
