 HEAVY DUTY VERTICAL MOUNTED SEALER

These vertically mounted sealers and trim sealers are so designed that the filled bag is moved under the sealing jaws by hand or conveyor standing at the machine.

The operator pulls open end of the bag between the sealing jaws and then press the foot pedal / foot switch of machine. It will make to close the jaw and start the sealing process.

These electromagnetic powered thermal impulse sealers provide power operated heat sealing when compressed air is not available. They are self contained and ready for immediate use just place on any table top and plug into a 230 volts. A.C. outlet Electromagnetically powered sealers are safe and economical to operate. The sealing surface of the heater jaw is normally cool since it is energized for a fraction of  a second only during the sealing cycle.

Skilled or semiskilled operator quickly learn to operate these electromagnetically powered sealers. The operator simply insert the open end of the pouch  between the sealing jaws and steps on the foot switch. The heat & dwell time cycles are dial adjustable and once they are set no operator judgement is required . The sealing jaws open automatically when the cycle is completed.

Production speeds vary according to the type and thickness of the film heat sealed and the skill of the operator.
