These
hand operated electrically heated press sealing machines
are useful for sealing plastic bottle and container's
cap, foil, aluminium laminated film , sachet, polycoat
packing etc, though assorted die & heater. The
process and operation simply, quickly and inexpensively.
The cap & foil are sealed to the container by means
of heat application and pressure for a pre-set time
period of only 1 to 1.5 seconds. |

The
coating on the foil cap is softened in conjunction with
the container neck and the two are fused together.
All types of plastic containers such as polyethelyne
, polypropylene, alluminum foil, paper polycoat etc.
can be sealed. Two variable models are available.
The
same models of Machines are also being used for Hot
Stamping Process by replacing to embossing die. |
