CONTINUOUS HEAT SEALING MACHINES

These manual foot pedal/ pneumatic operated continuous direct heat sealers are designed for light duty packaging application. Accurate thermostat controls, sealing temperature of upper & lower jaws for strong, attractive water tight seal.

These machines seal all types of laminated films in wide variety of thickness and are also suitable for making empty pouches, production speeds vary according to the type & thickness of film used and operator's skills.

This particular model of Sealing Machine is operating through Motor Gear mechanism and continuous direct heat sealing principles. Through the mechanism heated upper jaws moves up and down automatically as per set time. The machine is designed with variable speed for fast and mass production.
 

VERTICALLY MOUNTED HEAVY DUTY SEALER:

These vertically mounted heavy duty sealers and trim sealers are so designed that the filled bag is moved under the sealing jaws by hand or conveyor standing at the machine. The operator pulls open end of the bag between the sealing jaws and then press the foot pedal / foot switch of machine. It will make to close the jaw and start the sealing process. These machines are designed for bulk bags sealing. The production speeds vary according to the type and thickness of Poly Laminated Bags and also the operator's skill.
