This pneumatically powered, electronically operated heat-sealing machine operating in continuous flow with synchronized conveyor belt. It can be used to close bags made of all heat sealable materials. This semi-automatic foot switch operated and impulse type sealing machine is suitable for sealing large bulk bags and also plastic liner sealing. The impulse generator consists with electronic timer systems. All controls are built in separate box fitted on right side of machine. Seals many types of thermoplastics films/bags like PE, PP, LDPE, HM and HDPE adjustable temperature control to seal film of different thickness. Two parallel sealers with adjustable height and nitrogen purging systems are available. Compressed air is required for this model. |
